GH Mumm was founded in 1827 by Georges H. Mumm and was one of the first Houses to start acquiring vineyards, beginning with grand cru parcels in Verzenay in 1840.
In 1875, the flagship champagne of the House was decorated with a red sash or ribbon as tribute to the Légion d'Honneur, France's highest civilian award. Bottles were presented to GH Mumm's best customers and this decoration became the hallmark of one of the world's most renowned champagnes, GH Mumm Cordon Rouge.
The House style is characterized by the high proportion of Pinot Noir used in its wines. Made from a rich palette of more than 120 vintages representing all the diversity of the Champagne region of France, Mumm Cordon Rouge is the signature cuvee of Maison Mumm. This exceptional brut champagne blends Mumm’s signature grape variety, Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Aube; with Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, Sézannais, Vitryat and Aube; and Meunier from the Marne and Ardre valleys and the Montagne de Reims. Aged for a minimum of 20 months.

Most Walgreens locations will now hold wine orders for you (state of LA excluded). They will come up in the search results at www.fedex.com/locate if that service is available to you.

It is ideal for the package to be received on the first delivery attempt especially when the weather is warm or extremely cold.
All alcoholic beverages purchased from this site are sold in the state of Florida and title passes to the buyer in Florida. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. Return Policy:
Shipping wine around the country is very expensive. We charge about a third less than what it actually costs us. If you need to return your order (or if the wine gets returned back to us because you were unable to receive it after 3 attempts and you didn't email us to make other arrangements), we need to collect a return shipping fee that is up to double the amount of the shipping you paid. Upon receiving the wine back we will refund for the wine minus the initial shipping cost. In the event that we make a mistake we work with you to fix whatever went wrong at no additional cost to you.
