METHOD OF PRODUCTION
Fermentation: in temperature-controlled (13-15°C) stainless-steel tanks.
Aging: in stainless-steel tanks on the lees for around 2 months
THE WINEMAKER COMMENT
Pale straw yellow color. The scents of pear, peach and citrus fruits meet to create an intense, floral and fruity fragrance. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh, thanks to a balanced acidity.
FOOD PAIRINGS
This wine pairs well with light fish or white meat dishes, such as swordfish roulade or chicken in lemon sauce.

It is ideal for the package to be received on the first delivery attempt especially when the weather is warm or extremely cold.
All alcoholic beverages purchased from this site are sold in the state of Florida and title passes to the buyer in Florida. Shipping wine around the country is very expensive. We charge about a third less than what it actually costs us. If you need to return your order (or if the wine gets returned back to us because you were unable to receive it after 3 attempts and you didn't email us to make other arrangements), we need to collect a return shipping fee that is up to double the amount of the shipping you paid. Upon receiving the wine back we will refund for the wine minus the initial shipping cost. In the event that we make a mistake we work with you to fix whatever went wrong at no additional cost to you.
