After harvest, vineyard lots were fermented individually in stainless-steel tanks for 14 to 20 days. Carefully managed pump overs and extended macerations enhanced the extraction of color and tannin. The varietals were aged separately for 19 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which were once used. The initial blend was assembled in late spring of 2020 and barrel-aged an additional 4 months in 75% new and 25% once used oak. The wine was racked only twice during its cellar life, with the final racking occurring just prior to bottling.

Shipping wine around the country is very expensive. We charge about a third less than what it actually costs us. If you need to return your order (or if the wine gets returned back to us because you were unable to receive it after 3 attempts and you didn't email us to make other arrangements), we need to collect a return shipping fee that is up to double the amount of the shipping you paid. Upon receiving the wine back we will refund for the wine minus the initial shipping cost. In the event that we make a mistake we work with you to fix whatever went wrong at no additional cost to you.
